lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, I fully support the right of blind persons to have access to every possible means that should be available to them, be it written, electronic or any other new means that I am not aware of. I know there are some problems with copyright and other issues, and I have listened to my colleague, Mr Tannock, explain what some of them are. I certainly feel they should be resolved and overcome at the earliest possible moment. We should not allow any bureaucratic problems to stand in the way of the rights of those who are visually impaired. I think this is something that we should all support in the best possible way."@en1
