lpv:translated text	"We think that the solutions targeting the current sovereign debt and financial crisis set out in the Annual Growth Survey presented by the Commission should go hand in hand with a major focus on medium- and long-term growth enhancing measures, as well as an overhaul of the general economic framework, in order to improve the sustainability and competitiveness of the European economy and ensure its long-lasting success. The democratic legitimacy and national ownership of the changes which have been decided in terms of future economic governance need to be substantially increased. Today, we have the opportunity to enhance the role of the European Parliament regarding the definition and implementation of economic policy surveillance procedures within the framework of the European Semester, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 121 and 136 of the Treaty. Lastly, we are in favour of the creation of project bonds designed to contribute to the financing of key infrastructure projects in order to promote sustainable growth and jobs."@en1
