I welcome the promotion of active inclusion policies which create sustainable job creation and job quality, and the need to coordinate budgetary growth with employment measures so as to generate long-term economic recovery. I also want to emphasise the importance of investment in effective education and training as a way to tackle skills mismatches, alongside further integration of young people, women, migrants and older people into the labour market.
