The main consequence of the economic and financial crisis of 2008 was the closure of many businesses and many European citizens losing their jobs. Accordingly, recovery from the crisis and European growth cannot be achieved without launching a major stimulus on employment. Consequently, I think it is essential to identify some really effective tools that can get results from European investments such as jobs and business incentives and major support for the training and education sector, which must be twinned with a new system for managing public sector employment.
