lpv:translated text	"The linking of business registers is an important measure for promoting integration within the European Union’s economic space and strengthening legal certainty for companies and consumers. The rapporteur believes that, by way of exception, it is justifiable to postpone decisions to future legal instruments, some of which will take the form of implementing acts, with the full involvement of the Member States. Thus, the linking of business registers will only succeed if the Commission and Member States cooperate closely. For these reasons I voted in favour of the text."@en1
