lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of this report since I believe that there is a need to identify and promote better practices and enforcement strategies in order to fight the problem of intellectual property right infringements effectively. I therefore agree with having stakeholders take part in the Observatory’s meetings. In that way it will be able to act as a platform for exchanging ideas and experience on best practices and developing guidelines for joint enforcement strategies. Lastly, if consumers and small and medium-sized enterprises are adequately represented, it will help to improve awareness of the value of intellectual property and of the extent and impact of infringements of those rights."@en1
