Can I remind colleagues that it is one minute for a question and 30 seconds for a supplementary. For the Commission, if it is one Commissioner replying it is two minutes and if there is more than one Commissioner it is one minute each. I am afraid to say that there are more than 50 people who want the floor. Last time we got through 17 questions, so there are going to be a lot of disappointed people and I apologise in advance. The intention of this new format is to make it a little more lively, but it does mean a lot of disappointment."@en1
