This amendment aims to also include Northern Cyprus, Romania and Bulgaria on that list. Northern Cyprus meets the preconditions, both politically and economically, and its inclusion would be something that I would welcome. Romania and Bulgaria, however, are not even close to establishing a functional, corruption-free State apparatus which would reduce crime rates.
