It is unthinkable to have to vote in a House surrounded by Members who are able to see how their neighbours are voting. Every Parliamentary Assembly has booths installed at voting time in order to allow a secret ballot. I am not asking for this to be done if the ballot takes place tomorrow, but I would be pleased if you would bear my comments in mind for the future."@en1
