I find that no candidate has achieved the necessary absolute majority of the votes cast in the first ballot. Because all 14 positions are still not filled, a second ballot is required. I would like to ask the candidates whether they all wish to remain as candidates in a second ballot. Is there anyone who wishes to withdraw his or her candidacy?
