While welcoming this document, I wish to draw attention to one aspect: in order to ensure adequate occupational health and safety, somewhat more attention needs to be paid to training workers. Often training does not take place at all or is very superficial, particularly in places like building sites, where the majority of workers are unskilled and this later leads to many tragic accidents. Company representatives responsible for worker safety should therefore take active steps to train workers, and work safety supervisory bodies should pay greater attention to explaining the importance of proper and timely training of workers."@en1
