lpv:translated text	"This is an important document addressing an issue which has caused and still causes discriminatory treatment on the labour market towards European citizens from the countries which have recently joined, especially from Romania and Bulgaria. I have highlighted on several occasions this unacceptable practice and its consequences. In spite of the efforts made by MEPs, there are still governments extending the measures blocking access to the labour market for workers from certain countries. Although the proposals and demands featured in the resolution are not worded as strongly as required to bring about a radical change, they mark a step forward in the right direction. If we manage to target what is going on with the recommendations in the resolution, I hope that we will stop talking about this discrimination. With this hope, I voted in favour of adopting the resolution."@en1
