The application concerns 4 445 redundancies, of which 3 582 are targeted for assistance, in the French enterprise Renault and seven of its suppliers during the four-month reference period from 1 April 2009 to 31 July 2009. This application complies with the requirements for determining the financial contributions as laid down in Article 10 of Regulation (EC) No 1927/2006.
