lpv:spoken text	"I am sceptical about EU fisheries agreements in general, and am not clear what the benefit to the UK, or indeed to Morocco itself, would be from the proposed EU-Morocco Fisheries Partnership Agreement. In addition, the scope of this agreement bears particularly on the Western Sahara region, whose international status remains unclear. However, the Moroccan Government is a friendly government with a helpful counter-terrorism policy and is currently taking steps to improve democratisation in the Kingdom. Therefore, I have very mixed feelings about a number of aspects of a complex issue and I abstained."@en1
