lpv:spoken text	"This report proposes a one-year extension of the Protocol to the FPA between the European Community and Morocco. I agree with the rapporteur that this extension could lead to the exploitation of fish stocks and would not provide benefits to the territory of Western Sahara, in whose water the majority of the fishing takes place. Any economic activity related to natural resources should be carried out for the benefit of all of the people of such territories. I therefore voted against this proposal to extend the Protocol to the FPA between the European Community and Morocco."@en1
