lpv:translated text	"I voted for this resolution because the World Trade Organisation is the most suitable forum for regulating free and fair trade globally. On the other hand, we need to reform the way the WTO operates and its decision-making process to eliminate the lack of democracy. I find it regrettable that several developing countries largely open to trade had to suffer due to the economic crisis, especially in the form of job losses. I think that the European Union must play a strong role in the negotiations for concluding the Doha Development Agenda by promoting the interests of the least developed or developing countries. We must think of the needs of weak states and create fairer rules for them through the auspices of the WTO."@en1
