lpv:translated text	"This proposal for a recommendation seeks to transpose the decisions taken under the General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean Agreement into EU law, in order to modify Council Regulation (EC) No 1967/2006. The measures relating to conservation, management, exploitation, monitoring and marketing, as well as measures for implementation in the area of fisheries and aquaculture, are already in force and are binding for the EU and its Member States, but transposition is necessary in order to make them applicable to natural or legal persons. This proposal also establishes the adoption of delegated and implementing acts.
