However, if you look closely at the text, you realise that in reality, it is all about the central authorities in Brussels increasing the rights of third-country nationals. These people are generally poorly educated and, according to the EU establishment, are now supposed to compensate for the shortage of skilled workers in the EU. That is simply ridiculous. The consequence of this policy is that it will become even more difficult for EU citizens who are less well qualified to find a job. Therefore, I have voted against this report in the interest of our citizens."@en1
