lpv:translated text	"Many commercial agreements have been in place for some time between the European Union and Ukraine in order to simplify legislation on trade with Europe or bring in new procedures to incentivise imports and exports. I, too, voted in favour of the report by Mr Legutko, which moves towards replacing the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement in force since 1998 with the more thorough association agreement enabling further negotiations to be opened and additional agreements to be made. In this way, Ukraine will reach an unprecedented level of integration with the EU in terms of relations with third countries. Furthermore, through this agreement, the negotiations between the EU and Ukraine will be among the most advanced with our eastern neighbours, thereby setting an example for the European Neighbourhood Policy as a whole."@en1
