lpv:spoken text	"This resolution marks an important step towards addressing the EU response to AIDS/HIV within Member States and neighbourhood countries. More than 2.2 million people are currently living with HIV in the EU. I support the general text of this resolution. However, I did not vote in favour of parts of paragraphs 10, 14, 22, and Recital AA, since these are, and should remain, matters of competence for national governments. I abstained in the final vote on the resolution as a whole because those points of Member State competence received majority support."@en1
