"Given that the European Union’s single market is important for Latvia, its businesses and development, and for increasing its standard of living, and given that there are many obstacles to the functioning of this market, I voted for the resolution on the Outcome of the Single Market Forum. This resolution provides for converting the Single Market Forum into a regular event, calls on Member States to ensure the correct application of internal market legislation, and highlights the increasing significance of the digital market. I consider that representatives from Latvia, too, should join this forum, as its importance may increase."@en1
