lpv:translated text	"I welcome this resolution because the recast for a regulation is aimed at codifying various acts applicable to road statistics and setting new conditions for the delegation of powers by the legislator to the Commission. It should be noted that the application of delegated powers must not cause any additional financial and administrative burden for statistical respondents. Consequently, Parliament must be given the right to set certain conditions to protect respondents from an additional burden. I believe that it is advisable to limit the powers delegated to the Commission and to set further conditions as regards the exercising of those powers. It is also crucial to ensure that the Commission carries out appropriate consultations during its preparatory work, including consultations with experts. The Commission should also keep Parliament appropriately informed and provide it with the necessary documents."@en1
