lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of this resolution because the continuing financial and economic crisis has had a severe impact on the national budgets of the Member States and it is therefore necessary to take action to ensure the Member States’ financial stability and the further implementation of the programmes. Consequently, it is necessary to provide temporary additional financial assistance to Member States facing major difficulties in managing their public debt/deficit. I therefore agree with the proposal to increase cofinancing ceilings for a certain period. Moreover, it is very important to ensure that assistance is only provided in particular cases where it is impossible to resolve the issues by other means."@en1
