lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of this resolution aimed at prohibiting the use of cluster munitions in their entirety because these munitions pose a lethal risk to civilians. The Member States must strictly uphold their commitment not to adopt or ratify the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons (CCW) protocol, which would permit the use of cluster munitions. It should be noted that this protocol is not legally compatible with the provisions of the Convention on Cluster Munitions. I also believe that the Commission should include a reference to the ban on cluster munitions as a standard clause in agreements with third countries."@en1
