In order for this to happen, the ICC needs greater funding and political solidarity from its Member States. That is the only way the ICC will be able to respond to the increasing number of cases in which it is involved, to ensure effective protection of its witnesses, and to include the crime of aggression in its jurisdiction from 2017 onwards."@en1
