lpv:translated text	"I have today voted in favour of the report on European cinema in the digital era, as I essentially agree that we should prepare cinemas for the digitisation of film. However, I would like to emphasise that I believe that it should be up to the market to find solutions for this. It is therefore regrettable that the Structural Funds are mentioned as a possible means of supporting cinemas. I do not believe that this is a practicable solution, and it could have been avoided if we had worked at reaching compromises. Overall, however, the report contains a lot of good proposals, indicating solutions for strengthening cinemas in the digital era."@en1
