lpv:translated text	"I voted for this report, since I believe these common aviation agreements come under the umbrella of a fairly important area of EU action, not just because it sets out joint rules with third countries, but also because it deepens the internal market. By way of example, I would stress that this report will make it possible to extend the rules of the single transport market to Georgia, so creating a common legislative framework that will bring increased transparency and a more level playing field between carriers from Europe and Georgia. I would also stress the timeliness of this agreement, in a wider context than that of improving relations with our neighbouring countries and at a time when we have approved the revision of the European neighbourhood policy, for which I am the European Parliament’s co-rapporteur."@en1
