This dimension is extremely important, especially for the southern members of the EU, led in this case particularly by France, and it applies to the Mediterranean Sea area in particular. Some Member States have an aviation agreement, but many, such as Slovakia, for example, still do not have such an agreement. I welcome agreements such as the one between the EU and Jordan, particularly for the positive effect that the agreement entails in terms of opening up the market to all Member States in a non-discriminatory way.
