I believe that initiatives in relation to this matter are an important and necessary step in the fight against poverty and the current state of affairs. The problem also affects residents of the EU who do have a job. In recent years, we have noted increased poverty in the European Union. Combating social exclusion and poverty should be of interest not only to the authorities that have competence to deal with this, such as national governments, but also to European institutions such as the European Parliament."@en1
