lpv:translated text	"Mr President, I would like to ask about the agricultural funding which, in recent years, has, in some cases, been used illegally. As part of the annual clearance of accounts procedure, the Commission has called for the return of agricultural funding of EUR 214 million which has been used in contravention of the rules by the Member States. The main area where a problem needed to be resolved was, interestingly enough, a direct payment of EUR 125.8 million which included Greece with EUR 10 million, Italy with EUR 79 million and also Sweden. Therefore, I have to ask: have these countries already paid back the subsidies and, if so, is there an appropriate timeframe for processing the cases?"@en1
