"The report sets itself the task of finding ways to increase employment in the EU, by bringing in suitable employment and social policies, promoting labour supply and demand in an inclusive, sustainably growing economy, and facilitating the work-life balance for women in work. We need to implement education and employment strategies that are capable of forging synergies for the spread of new technologies, promoting lifelong learning and continual updating of skills.
