"Mr President, I would like to say that the way in which voting has been carried out has not been questioned to date, and there are several examples of this in the votes we have had. I can give you several examples of cases in which what was voted on first was the proposal of the Committee on Budgets. In such cases we voted as a bloc, but I can give other examples: in relation to line 19 10 01 01, there was another amendment, but the one that we voted on first was Amendment 1174, from the Committee on Budgets. To give another example, what we voted on in the first instance on line 19 10 02 came from the Committee on Budgets; what we voted on first in relation to line 19 10 04 came from the Committee on Budgets; and the way in which plenary has voted over the years has primarily focused on the votes of the Committee on Budgets, and only then on the votes of Members or parts of committees. This has been the procedure and the precedent, and it is also what we have done to date as regards the report by my colleague, Ms Balzani."@en1
