lpv:translated text	"I voted for this report as I believe that Europe needs to show leadership and strong political commitment in Busan in order to make progress with the aid effectiveness agenda. The objectives of the fourth High-level forum on aid effectiveness, which will take place in Busan at the end of November, are to reaffirm, strengthen and reform international commitments, in order to ensure that aid is more effective, and that it functions better and promotes development. That is the only way in which the Millennium Development Goals can be achieved by 2015. I would stress the need for the EU to adopt a robust position in Busan, with the aim of reaching a global consensus for an effective and truly inclusive partnership on developing aid effectiveness."@en1
