However, this imposition should take into account the specific nature of each model of tractor. The requirements laid down for Stages IIB and IV call into question the size of the vehicle and, consequently, its ability to be operational. This report, therefore, meets the need to postpone the implementation of these two stages over three years, so as to give time for a more in-depth evaluation of this directive’s impact, as well as of technological development in this area.
