"I voted for the report on the application of emission stages for narrow-track tractors, since independent studies and Commission statistics show that more time is needed to enable manufacturers to develop systems that meet the requirements of Directive 2000/25/EC. I welcome the introduction of a requirement that the Commission must submit annual progress reports to the European Parliament and the Council regarding the development of technical solutions, with a view to compliance with the EU’s policy of reducing emissions."@en1
