All Schengen evaluation reports confirm that further postponement of the decision on this matter is unjustified. I call on the Polish Presidency to adhere to the Treaty and to take action which will result in Romania and Bulgaria’s accession to the Schengen area. Imposing additional criteria on these countries is unacceptable.
