lpv:translated text	"On behalf of the Danish Social Democrats (Dan Jørgensen, Christel Schaldemose, Britta Thomsen and Ole Christensen). We voted in favour of the motion for a resolution. There is legal uncertainty as to whether the new Protocol to the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the EU and Morocco complies with international law. Since the EU Treaties state that the EU must comply with international law, the lack of compliance of the Protocol with international law will mean that we are not complying with our own Treaties. We therefore believe that it is important to seek a legal assessment from the Court of Justice with a view to determining the legality of this Protocol."@en1
