I am voting for this report, as I believe that greater coordination of the budgets of the Member States, whether they are in the euro or not, is always preferable to the opposite situation, although it could have gone further in this coordination. At the risk of repeating myself, I regret that the proposals made by the Commission on 15 September 2010 have only received the Council’s assent over a year later."@en1
