lpv:translated text	"This text provides for speeding up the procedures for correcting Member States’ deficits. There will be an expedited procedure in the case of a ‘deliberately planned deficit’. In the event of non-compliance with the Commission and the Council’s recommendations, sanctions will immediately be imposed on the Member State. The only derogation for which it provides, other than in the event of economic disaster, is the introduction of a capital-funded pension system. Thus, it introduces a kind of authoritarian and arbitrary federalism which will put paid to the European idea and will spoil any idea of a federal Europe. I voted against."@en1
