"I am opposed to this report. Although it is important to monitor and take action to correct imbalances this report potentially goes much further, especially with regard to symmetry and the wide list of indicators. The powers given to the Commission are vague and very widely worded and, in my view, this could lead to significant dilution of subsidiarity."@en1
