lpv:translated text	"In general, this report supports the Commission’s position, but it presents some new proposals aimed at the prevention and correction of macroeconomic imbalances within the Member States. I would like to highlight the enhancement of the economic dialogue between the Member States, the Commission, Parliament and the Council, along with the establishment of fines for the submission of falsified statistics, both inside and outside the euro area. I am voting for this report, as I believe that it strengthens the rules on budgetary discipline, and thus objectively strengthens EU institutions and is in line with the founding principles of our Union. However, once again I regret that the proposals made by the Commission on 15 September 2010 have only received the Council’s assent over a year later."@en1
