lpv:translated text	"Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, we also voted in favour of the Goulard report, because it introduces mechanisms for preventing macroeconomic imbalances that ultimately consist of rules and guarantees, of those rules and guarantees that have been lacking until now and that have been said to be lacking so many times during this crisis.
