Thus, in my opinion, we urgently need to speed up action on the economic union of Europe. Without economic union in Europe, I fear that our efforts will be in vain. There is something else I wish to say to you: as a lawyer, I know that public limited companies capitalise their capital gains. We have registered capital gains against the dollar.
