The aim of simplifying national rules governing cross-border euro cash transportation services is an objective that will make the professional job of cash-in-transit companies and the circulation of euro notes and coins easier. The report by Parliament integrates the text from the Commission into important points of the regulatory measure. I approve of the efforts to make cash transportation safer with the safety systems specified in the amendments approved by our colleagues during its submission to the Commission.
