In my opinion, we need a sectoral approach to the energy market, which requires various regulatory objectives, and at the same time we need to uphold principles which accord with financial market regulations. I think wholesale energy markets should be more transparent as a result of the introduction of a register for market participants. Dishonest practices affect the level of energy prices. Market participants should transfer data on wholesale transactions to the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators. In addition, national regulators should work together with the Agency."@en1
