lpv:spoken text	"I am against any kind of discrimination but I voted against this report, as this is yet another attempt to boost the economy of those Member States where the unemployment rates are highest, who are already benefiting from different EU programmes. The proposed positive discrimination forcing SMEs to keep a gender balance is offending for women who, due to skills, ambition, motivation and hard work, are on the management boards of SMEs, not because the EU wants to maintain a gender balance. We have to take into account as well the fact that this will create yet another burden for SMEs."@en1
