I hope that the European Union and the largest Portuguese-speaking country in the world will be able to benefit from simplified procedures for product approval and acceptance of certifications in all areas of aeronautics. As such, I hope Parliament will give its assent to the conclusion of the agreement and that it will be able to come into force quickly. I believe Parliament should closely monitor the implementation of the agreement and contribute to improving it, whenever necessary."@en1
