lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of the report by Mrs Berès because, amidst a climate of pervading scepticism, Parliament has shown that there is a way out of the crisis and, of course, it is ‘more Europe’. Parliament is offering a long-term vision in the face of the detractors of European development. This vision aims to act as a guide for the Commission and for Member States, to show the way out of the crisis and to lay the foundations for recovery. I strongly believe that Europe should capitalise on the return of growth in order to become an international example, and for lasting progress.
