Despite their acquired knowledge, women often find themselves hindered by the so-called ‘glass ceiling’, which prevents them from occupying high-level positions. Although I agree with the report on several points, I do not agree when it stresses the intention to increase the representation in business leadership of women from an immigrant or ethnic minority background. I am therefore voting against the report."@en1
