"Broadband is an innovation that can help us emerge from the crisis. It is an important stimulus for the modernisation of Europe. The European Union sees it as a priority to enable all sectors of society to benefit from digital technology. The objective that must be supported is that of being able to guarantee that all European citizens receive 100% broadband coverage by 2013. The aim of improving dialogue and giving a stimulus to development is one with which I completely agree. That is why I confirm my vote in favour."@en1
